SAD Light therapy

Anyone tried SAD light therapy to boost dopamine?

This site recommends one hour of therapy per day.

Guys… just wanted to update this thread.

I have been treating myself with ‘bright light therapy’ for the last month.
Around 1 hour per day first thing in the morning after waking.

It seems to have helped my mood immensely and has made me a happier person.

Anyone interested in giving it a go ??
