Royal Jelly - A tonic to correct your hormone pattern??

You claimed earlier:

My point is that you’ve provided no evidence to support this claim. The fact that your capsules work for you doesn’t tell us anything about the necessity for “patented and hard” capsules. It doesn’t even tell us that your capsules actually reach the cistern intestine intact.

Further, the fact that other people have had positive effects swallowing raw RJ without access to your expert and his magic capsules is evidence against your claim.

As for the rest of your post, you don’t want to discuss it, so I won’t either.

Hi,
I dont have any “magical expert” at all, only consulted with right person. I explained you about facts that concerns taking most advantage of medicine, so…

I dont state that I have some magical capsules. But, if you buy it in drugstore be careful- there are low-quality capsules.(i.e. products from China which could be put on market without prior-performed lab-examination of quality and substrate itself).

Furthermore, I dont claim that “raw form” is not good, but one should not swallow it but keep it in his mouth as long as possible in order to absorb it by mouth-glands. I think that capsule form (if patent is ok) would do the trick, but (in future) I will try raw form as well to see differences myself. Raw form must be- immediately after picking up- properly conserved and stored in refrigerator. It must be kept on temp between -5 and -2 Celsius and up to 6 months to preserve its “healing components”.

It is not easy to find real fresh form, and it doesnt pays off to producers nor people who sell it. So, my point is: be careful with “fresh forms”, because you dont know is it made properly, is it stored properly and on which date it is picked up.

There are lots of false products on market, so my advice is to buy direct from bee-farms (manufacturer).

On the other hand (and taught), I think you have solid point comparing effect of RJ with gonade hormons made by pitituary. That thesis could be succesfully supported by presence of 237 amino-acids in HCG created by growing embrio during womans pregnacy (thus, making it significant for procreation). However, there are lots of other effects of this natural medicine (cell renewal, regenerative, bactericide, virocide, immunomodulation, anti-toxic, effect on CNS, ect.).

If we knew exact cause of PFS (or be able to prove common-line with tipical lab tests of PFS patients)-what we can not by now-, we would have answer why RJ helps with more certain levels.

Laters,
D.

Maybe RJ is worth another look.

so we should start it again and give some months like 3 - 6 months?

That’s what I was thinking. Possibily cycing it with sodium butyrate and other HDAC Inhibitors. Plus, plenty of exercise.

Doesn’t seem like a bad recovery protocol considering you’re doing everything you can to induce acetylation.

As far as demethylating, anyone have any ideas besides the few demethylating drugs out there.

updates?

lol I just bought my first tub today. It says it has a high dose of 10-HSD. I will keep you updated.

Because of Royal Jelly’s effect on the pituitary, LH release, and resulting testosterone (see my post as 4th comment in thread for references), I recommend treating it as if it were a GNRH or LH agonist, and using a twice weekly dosing like Shippen recommends for HCG to avoid diminishing returns, which people have definitely seen under continued use.

its been a couple of months since anyone has posted about RJ… whats the verdict? Worth trying out? Any bad side effects or crashes after taking it for too long?

yes, updates please?

Each time I take this stuff I get a stuffy nose, headache, insomnia and a generaly sick feeling.

I’d also get a minor sexual boost.

I may try to find it in another form (not the real stuff) that I can take without all the side effects.

Is anyone still taking this stuff? Any theories on why it may be effective? (raising T? effect on pituitary gland?)

anybody experience any permanent gains with RJ? Or is it purely temporary?? I recall reading somewhere on this thread that somebody experienced increased testicular weight.

well guys, I wish i had never tried royal jelly. Since taking it for a few days a few weeks ago, I have had NO night or morning erections. Its as if it flipped a switch in my body and I’m back to square one, at least with regards to libido. I feel like crap, this is so unfair. Just after I get an impressive libido boost from fasting for nearly two weeks (the libido boost from fasting lasted for an entire month and I’m confident it would have been permanent had I not taken royal jelly) it gets taken away again. I really can’t express how frustrated I feel now. I repeat, I have had very weak, or non existent night and morning erections for the past two weeks since I took royal jelly. Before that I would have consistent and relatively strong night and morning erections. I’m still hoping things turn around for me, but I havent seen any improvements thus far. I do want to add though that I’m mostly certain its due to the royal jelly, there could be other factors, but none that come to mind. And in my diary I keep in order to track my PFS symptoms, I had written down that I was experiencing libido problems within a day of taking the royal jelly supplements. Another thing I want to add is that I just connected the dots between royal jelly and my libido disappearing. Before that I had thought maybe it was stress from school or whatever, but none of that makes any sense because I was never so stressed that I would consistently wake up without morning wood for days on end. This is so unfair…

RJ is Estrogenic. do some google.

thanks for the heads up man, I was really worried for a moment. If the cause of my side effects is increased estrogenic activity from the royal jelly then I imagine it should be easily reversible. As opposed to what I had initially suspected, which was possible epigenetic changes brought on by the royal jelly. But yeah, im definitely gonna research it some more. I wonder if anyone else suffered reduced libido from royal jelly?

actually on a related tangent, the fact that RJ could affect me so dramatically (its been over two weeks now since I havent had morning wood) could be a good example of my theory that fasting resensitizes the body to many things. Therefore, maybe…if my estrogen can now be manipulated this easily, why not my testosterone? Anyways, I’m gonna work on bringing my estrogen down again, hopefully I dont screw things up too much more with my body.

I’m not going to quote or source anything right now (going to work in a few), but I know that there have been several studies done on RJ and some of them tout its testosterone-raising properties. Maybe RJ works kind of like clomid because of it’s pituitary stimulating activity and we’re all “aromatasers” atm. I may have been the guy who said RJ made his balls bigger (because it has).

There may be something to that clomid point - seems like RJ may act as a SERM as well.

Fatty Acids Derived from Royal Jelly Are Modulators of Estrogen Receptor Functions

" Our data propose a possible molecular mechanism for the estrogenic activities of RJ’s components which, although structurally entirely different from E2, mediate estrogen signaling, at least in part, by modulating the recruitment of ERα, ERβ and co-activators to target genes."

But that paper is getting a bit complicated for me.
