I have right rib cage mild pain with digestion and poor appetite problem i m worried as i search it on google and find it can tumor galblader stone or cancer

Those symptoms could mimic a million others, friend. If it persists, go to the doctor. Not everything you feel is related to PFS and could warrant a trip to the doc.
