Reversible Adrenal Insufficiency Induced by Ketoconazole

I’m wondering if this will work in my case for fatigue issues I’ve had for the past 4 years.

Quote Methods “A one-hour intravenous adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) (cosyntropin [Cortrosyn]) test,7 a 48-hour intravenous ACTH (Cortrosyn) test,8 and a metyrapone (Metopirone) test9 were performed during ketoconazole therapy and were repeated after its discontinuation”

What is the actual recommendation? Sorry not a science guy

Are you asking what the dose of this was? I’m not sure I’m assuming the doctor goes off of the patients height and weight. But this makes even more sense why @anonymous1968 recovered using methylprednisolone which is a corticosteroid as well. I think @Trump_1776 is also improving as well using a combo of corticosteroid and TRT hopefully we get an update from him.
