I was browsing on the hairloss forum for months before plucking up the courage to take finasteride, the people there would shut anyone down who had bad sides trolling every post and making them sound insane or that PFS was imaginery almost as if they were working on Merck & Co’s behalf to push the drug. I now know after taking a single pill that PFS is real and it literally almost killed me and each week that passes other sides are appearing. My question is instead of going after Merck and Co why not sue the individuals involved who hid the real dangers. People need to go to jail for this and I’ve written to multiple newspapers in the hopes that this is exposed.

I’ve read letters from Kelly before. She does not have this condition. Her late husband, a severely affected sufferer, is sadly lost to her. It would be so easy for her to wash her hands of what is undoubtedly a perpetually painful matter and try and move on as best she can. Instead, she is displaying this empathy, bravery dignity and commitment to doing the right thing in his memory, and in doing so helping us all - particularly those of us so profoundly damaged by this drug. It is heartening to see this support and effort.

Is there a way to contact this women or her lawyers to make them aware that this site exists and that there are men just like her husband that are also dealing with these sides? She’s brought a lot of attention to this issue

Does anyone here know what the next steps are for cases like this? I.e. the Reuters case where they want to get at these documents. How long does it take and does anyone know how they normally play out? What sort of timelines are normal for a decision on whether to reveal the documents?
