Sorry for my poor English, I began to take medication in the summer of 2020 due to hair loss, and I stopped taking medication in the summer of June 2022. At the beginning, I did not know that the side effects of the medication would affect muscles, and I always thought that this medication only had an effect on sexual function, so I repeatedly restarted the medication four times in two years, because I did not find any abnormality in my sexual function. The second month after the last use of the drug, I noticed thinning limbs, muscle atrophy, muscle pain, muscle beat, I immediately stopped the drug. Stupid, I didn’t know it was ALS. I thought it was ALS. When I went to the hospital and got my electromyography checked out, I realized it was the drug，I didn’t think it was the drug. I also didn’t know if I had Pfs at that time. At present, 8 months after I stopped taking the drug for the last time, the symptoms got worse and worse, the muscle atrophy did not stop, the testicles atrophied, the gums receded, the palms became flat, and the muscles all over the body ached. I’m afraid of paralysis. I feel like my life is hopeless. I’m only 25 years old
