Hey guys, i know this topic has been done before. One night when searching for information regarding brain fog i came across Celiac disease. Celiac sufferers also experience brain fog. So i cut out gluten from my diet. Gluten is very very hard to cut out. You bascially cannot eat anything with wheat in it, eg bread, pies, noodles. Basically no fast food. hordes of other things you wouldn’t expect like sauces etc.
anyway i am quite certian i am not a celiac. Still, after adhering to a diet of lots of fruits and vegetables, meat, potatoes, fish, rice etc i do feel a lot better. I seem to have more energy, i wake up feeling fresh, im dreaming again. The thought of fast food is just sickening to me right now. I do get anxiety and brain fog occasionally, but it definately seems to have been limited. Not only that, i have lost quite a bit of weight and the opposite sex seems to be more interested in me now.
Unfortunately brain fog / neurological problems are a rollercoaster so maybe its just a good few weeks, but its helping so far.
