Relaxation of pelvic floor = Full preFinasteride erection

Isn’t an alpha 1 blocker prescribed for prostate enlargement? Doesn’t it act like finasteride, in fact duasteride is finasteride. Not sure why one would one to take that.

Some alpha blockers do help with prostate (BPH), but in a completely different way than Finasteride. They help by relaxing the pelvis muscles and the bladder, allowing you to urinate easier.

yeah but alpha blockers not so strong to release pelvic and psoas muscles. Resistance stretches and pelvic release strectches is key. Plenty of people cured their Hard Flaccid by doing stretches. My problem is %100 Hard Flaccid.

So it is possible to assume that there is no permanent tissue loss on the penis due to lack of hormones?

  • Are you sure it is the same size/girth and hardness?
  • And, how about your orgasm feeling and intensity?

Thanks. Lastly, what is your exact method to relax your pelvic floor muscles? @finashit

I definitely had Hard Flaccid brought on by the stress induced effect of Finasteride

It was so tense and uncomfortable to sometimes painful. Urinating felt like I was all blocked up

So I did a couple of poses while I was lying down. Like sitting indian style (don’t get offended) but lying down on my bed instead of sitting. Also lying down with pillows under my legs. 2 pillows. A couple more I don’t remember. They’re online for sure.

Also breathing while actively thinking of the pelvic area relaxing. I did this naked. It just felt natural to do it that way. Like unencumbered.
Also warm baths. Trying to mentally relieve physical tensions throughout my body.
Citrulline Mallate as well. 4-8000 mg
Also I had Ativan but not a lot. .5-1mg a day
I still take this.
Things have improved as a result but other problems down there.

so are you completly fixed from Hard flacid. can you please explain thanks

After some ultrasound therapy in PT erections do feel better but its hard to keep erection due to HF i take cialis every night and try to maintain erection everyday for 10 mins to 15 mins to keep the penile active…
I do get morning erections depending on days but not really that hard like pre-fin.
also dry needling has helped me in the pelvic region,

Compared to what it used to be yes.

The key is to just get it to be relaxed as much as possible.
That means even just laying on your bed and thinking your way to relaxing it
Think of the pelvic region and almost command your mind to relax it
Warm baths and beautiful thoughts
Fanatisize if you have to

There’s books on pelvic floor problems
It’s a big issue that’s gainimg ground out their in the public

Hello just had a free consultation with Dr. Irwin Golstein what an amazing guy he is. He listned to me for 10 mins straight and offred me treatment for my hard flacid/Hollowflacid condition. Apparently Urogold 100 is very helpful for this condition. Any PFS pattiens have tried this? please let me know

My doctor told me the anything except the urogold 100 is a scam. It’s suppose to relax the pelvic floor muscles. Maybe he got HF from muscular skeleton issue like hip un ever or rotated. Did your friend get Hf from finasteride. You see finasteride puts the pelvic in a hypertonic mode. He explained to m if Hf is from hypertonic pelvic floor the thoglor 100 helps.

Ive heard shockwave can provide temporary results - but after a month or so the benefits fade. A lot of people who do the DCT resistance stretching program have tried shockwave - none of them have anything positive to say about it. But worth a try if you have the money.

Let the try then, stay positive mate. Let us know if you try it. But resistance stretches and some psoas and pelvic stretches is key they say.

NASA01 are you doing DCT currently?

Update?

Not yet.

Hello @Bangkok12 , do you have an update on your shockwaves?

I also had shockwaves from the urogold 100 mts at dr Goldstein (8 in total). Unfortunately no permanent effect. (Remarkably, there was a temporary improvement.)
