recovery question

I’ve been off fin for 8 months now and have had some recovery progress in some areas, such as erectile ability. It does not take long to become erect, it stays up longer after orgasm, and is harder in general (maybe 35-40% recovery).

However, size has not returned at all. Since I first noticed how much it had shrunk (about 5 months before I quit, since I didn’t realize fin was the culprit at the time, I’m kicking myself for this now), it has stayed EXACTLY the same. I measure it regularly, and it hasn’t deviated even 1/10th of an inch. I’ve lost .75 inches in length, and 1.25 in girth (which = 0 confidence).

Furthermore, I’ve spent an ungodly time reading this forum, and this outcome seems to be fairly common. I’ve read a number of accounts of erection improvement, but NONE in shrinkage reversal. Naturally I’ve searched the internet as well, looking to see how to reverse this “cavernosal fibrosis”, and I’ve mostly seen that is it irreversible, with the exception of a couple of studies that are in the minority.

How does everyone’s experiences match up with this?

If I had just half of what I lost returned, I’d be ecstatic and able to wait much much longer for any other recovery.

This is my current regimen:
25-50mg generic viagra, before bed
Diesel Test Hardcore (12 days on)
Sustain Alpha (nightly)
400 IU Vitamin E (nightly)
Magnesium (nightly)
50 mg zinc (nightly)
1000 IU Vitamin D (nightly)

I am going to wait until I recover a bit more and then I am going to do PE (penis exercises) They work, but like working out, you have to put in the time. This may be the way around this.

I’ve considered that, but I really don’t think that’s the treatment I’m looking for. Clearly something is impeding the bloodflow to parts of the corpora cavernosa, and I can’t think of what this could be besides collagen deposits, or some sort of fibrosis.

PE exercises may possibly break apart these deposits or something, but I kind of doubt it. Might try it in the future though if I still don’t improve.

I don’t think that it’s actually something physical in my case impeding the bloodflow. I think that it is something higher up in the chain of command so to speak. I believe that it is something in my brain that is limiting me. I am not getting all of the signal to where it has to go, so a weak signal gives a weak erection. I can feel this “dead spot” in my head where I used to get all of these feelings. This “spot” where I used to feel this musty hornyness is just blank now. I feel there is a direct correlation between the feelings in this spot and my erections. The two are connected.

PE will work if we can get enough blood to the unit. But if we can’t get enough blood down there, the principles behind PE will not work. If your erections are “hard enough,” PE will work to stretch you back out to where you should be. It won’t do anything for feelings unfortunately.
