I tried the Ashwagandha mentioned in this thread.
I felt drowsy on it but not enough to fall asleep.
I did feel it working – body temperature felt warmer, incl hands n feet which have been cold post PFS.
Felt better when I woke up – less body pain and felt alert.
Ejaculate quality appeared to have improved, almost as if it warmed up my balls all day. It wasnt as watery as in the recent past. Of course, that could be attributable to other things I’ve consumed (protein powder, multiVs, ZMA).
I’ll keep on it and report back.
