Recovery from AD-related Weight Gain, Not Much Remains

Around crash I was 205 lbs or so (as well as 1.5 inches shorter than my genetic height). Now I’m back to my normal height and 175 lbs. In some sense, remarkably enough, I looked more gaunt around crash time, I guess due to skeletal depletion and muscle loss. I’m broader, more upright and have more muscle now. But it’s not much muscle at all and pound for pound I probably look more depleted than before, despite the welcome bone/muscle developments (jaw lengthening, as well as bicep, pec, trap and lower back gains). I just look like I have very little ‘meat on the bones’. My question is does the fact that I’ve had muscle gains, however small, concurrent with dropping all this AD-weight a sign that I’m not totally androgen resistant? Can anyone whose also dropped this weight post-crash share whether they gained muscle concurrently? If so, where were your muscle gains? I’ve gained some muscle but only in certain areas - forearms, fingers, lower legs are all very depleted and gaunt looking, for instance. Why would muscle be gained in some area but not others?

I can gain triceps by lifting weights but not biceps. So when I work out my triceps become huge, but little to no gain to biceps. Also I’ve lost a lot of pectoral muscle, forearms and lower legs through the years.
