razorxtr's tests

It seems that when your T is high, you feel good. When your T is low, you feel bad. Call me crazy, but I reckon you might want to get your T high again. You could either take Tamox again and this time plan to take it long-term, or you could try TRT.

I am taking Arimidex again.

I was on the protocol when i took my last test results. Armimidex, TAM

Razor, so the Arimidex and Tam helped you fix your sexual side effects three months ago, BUT NOW THEY ARE BACK??

this was early this year, and they did help but after my test dropped again…

So im back on the protocol.

Back been a while but wanted to update everyone on my progress:

This is my previous panel:

Off Propecia for about 2.5 years now here are my recent test results

I was doing pretty well for my last test. Recently I stopped arimidex (Inconvenient vacation) and brain fog is returning, I will pick it up again and see if fog disappears.

YOUR SHBG is low LIKE MOST finasteride sufferers. I was told by my doctor that most of his finasteride sufferers have low SHBG.

TSH is up there too…WHat is your Free T3 uptake and reverse T3? You need a full thyroid panel.

I have been here for a while in and out or recovery forms. I was on pro 5 months back in 2006 / 2005. Had persistent side effects for about 3 years +

After discontinuing Propecia I experienced symptoms of anxiety, brain fog, low sex drive, sleep problems, and obsession with my symptoms in search of treatment. About a year ago I literally gave up trying to balance my hormones and saw a mental health specialist. It has been 1 year since I went on the anti depression medication Celexa. I initially avoided these medications due to fears of increased symptoms and dependence but after spending thousands on treatments with no results I felt like I had little to lose. I have tried homeopathic, seen numerous of endocrinologists and visited ER 2x for everyone to tell me my tests were normal and nothing was wrong with me.

It has been 1 year since on anti depressant and I am now feeling 90% my normal self.

After taking Propecia and before starting my anti depressant:
Anxious, Cold hands and feet, stressed, brain fog, Wake up tired, limited sex drive, Back and chest acne, obsessed with my symptoms and trying many treatments.

Now:
Anxiety very manageable, can take stress at work, My hands and feet no longer cold (for the first time in my life), Brain fog gone, Feel refreshed in morning, Sex drive coming back, Acne has completely cleared and most importantly can focus on my life now.

The most notable improvements is that my Acne has cleared up. I have had acne for almost 3 years post propecia. I have literally spent thousands on creams and treatments to combat this monster all of which failed. I had cystic hormonal under the skin acne (the most painful and skin damaging type). After about 6 months of starting my anti depression medication I noticed my acne was less frequent and now it has all cleared up just leaving me with scars i can tell storied about. What amazes me is how acne just suddenly stopped without anything external help. I have not changed my diet in any way, I am only now showering once a day and recently discontinued using all creams and washes.

Initially starting Anti Depression Medication my sex drive dropped but has recently returned harder stronger and more intense than before. One of my the symptoms from the anti depression medication is delayed orgasm - A blessing which I welcome.

For now I will continue taking my Medication since it feels like it is one of the only things that has worked for me up to now. Just taking my mind off my symptoms has brought me that much closer to a full recovery sometime in the future.

Thanks for reading and good luck.

good man. I really pray for your recovery, indeed your recovery, or any body’s recovery is our recovery.
now when you are going to have blood test. Also what else are you taking besides Anti_depressant.
did you have any Gyno or chubby chest from pro?

thanx
sps

glad youre feeling better.

How are you doing now mate? i am considering anti depressants myself. Which did you take?

Hey Guys. I was recently got promoted and now have extra cash coming in with insurance. I still suger from daily brain fog and pretty bad Fatigue throughout the day, Libido is ok but i wish it was better. To help “Wake up” and get through the day i have been prescribed the stimulant Adderall. I know taking stimulants is likely making the problem worse and but it was either that or possibly getting let go due to underperformance and stupid mistakes at work.

I now suspect Adrenal fatigue or burnout for over a year now. I am in the process of editing my journal into 1 short summary with all blood work i have ever done. I will have my baseline blood work drawn next week to see where i stand.

PM me if you have any Q

New Bloodwork drawn tomorrow. Will post results as soon as they come back.

A Roller coaster…

Hey man,

In one of your posts you said you were horney and wanted to screw anything that walked.

Can you tell me what happened to that.

Can you also tell me what problems you have not resolved temporarily by manipulating your hormones?

The low SHBG is interesting. Do you know what could be causing this. I heard something about diabeties. Have you investigated this?

Maybe a antidepressent may mask the problems but as you very well know it is not the root cause. Also there are many more natrual anti depressents that are probably cheaper and may be better for you. St johns wart, 5htp and others. Wellbutrin seems to be one of the safer ones that may boost libido.

Have you given up all hope on working on your hormones?

I am sorry you have to deal with this.

You said, you took Celexa?
Isn´t it a SSRI?

I have the acne you talk about after taking FIN. It totally cleared up 100% when injecting low dose TRT. When I stopped it came back but now it is not so bad. I think it is a sign of low t high free e and low cortisol. As isocourt helped it a fair bit. Even coffee helped as that increases cortisol.
