Random tingling of the epididymis (back of scrotum)

I did a search, but got nothing directly addressing tingling of the epididymis (back of scrotum). I get a random tingling of the back of my scrotum a dozen+ times per day. The sensation is NOT painful and lasts about 5-10 seconds then goes away. It happens totally randomly. Anybody else have this issue?

I have also had this for about the past 2 years, although it lasts longer than 5-10 seconds when it occurs, more like a 10 or 20 minutes. Brought it up at my urology appointment and he completely blew it off. Also couldn’t find anything on the internet related to it. More fin damage I’m sure.
