Racing thoughts that starting after quitting?

Part of my brain fog is extreme racing thoughts. And this didn’t start until after quitting fin. Anybody recover from this who only developed racing thoughts after quitting fin?

To some extent yes, I’m still not the “good under pressure” guy I was, not even close.
