Question, please answer

After 7 years of this shit, of course you will find patterns when symptoms are bad and when better and I would like to know if any of you guys have the same experiences as I have.

My symptoms get worse after:

  • playing video games (worst)
  • watching tv
  • Concentrating for long periods
  • basically using any electronic device
  • bright lights even sunlight

My symptoms get better, feel more relaxed after:

  • sitting in dark (this is the best thing to do for symtomps)
  • exercise
  • fresh air being outside
  • not concentrating on anything

I want to know if any of you guys have the same or if it is just something personal.

I’ve seen a couple of people say that they have issues with screens (tvs, computers) so I don’t think you’re alone.

I found a monitor that wasn’t back-lit for one of those guys, if you find that screens cause you problems in general, it might be worth looking into that if you need to use a computer.
