After 7 years of this shit, of course you will find patterns when symptoms are bad and when better and I would like to know if any of you guys have the same experiences as I have.
My symptoms get worse after:
- playing video games (worst)
- watching tv
- Concentrating for long periods
- basically using any electronic device
- bright lights even sunlight
My symptoms get better, feel more relaxed after:
- sitting in dark (this is the best thing to do for symtomps)
- exercise
- fresh air being outside
- not concentrating on anything
I want to know if any of you guys have the same or if it is just something personal.
