Question on how DHT receptors work

If my hair start falling again after 1 month off propecia, it means that my DHT receptors work, right? Does this imply that all my other DHT receptors work too? (For example the ones that cause powerful erections)

In other words, is it possible that some DHT receptors work and others don’t?

mine was really falling out prior to fin, now a year and a half off it may be a little but it’s not noticable and my scalp does not itch
