Hi Guys,
Since I'm new to taking supplements, I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind giving me a primer on cycling them. I've read the term bandied about the site, but when I do a search, I can't find any info on an approach.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I’m taking a number of supplements and I’m not sure about my approach as I may becoming desensitized to them (especially zinc: 50mg’s x 2 a day).
