Question on Cycling

Hi Guys,

      Since I'm new to taking supplements, I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind giving me a primer on cycling them. I've read the term bandied about the site, but when I do a search, I can't find any info on an approach.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I’m taking a number of supplements and I’m not sure about my approach as I may becoming desensitized to them (especially zinc: 50mg’s x 2 a day).

That’s extreme and potentially dangerous.

From what I read it’s not recommended to go above 50mg a day. Plus the more you take, you need to ensure you get 2mg copper because Zinc can leech this from your body if taken without.

Best to just stick with a multivitamin and supplement on top of that, in my opinion.

  Thanks for the feedback. I guess I'd better scale down the zinc use. I'll stick to the multivitamin and the naturopathic stuff.
