So, I quit fin a little over two months ago after noticing slight fat gains in face, midsection and chest (maybe slight gyno?). I’ve also noticed mild sexual sides which seem to have gotten a little worse since I went off the drug (can still get it up, but I don’t seem to have the same drive).
It seems like zinc is the best supplement to take from reading these forums, and that’s what I plan to do until I can get blood tests in March. But I’ve read too much zinc can cause deficiencies in other nutrients like copper, so what is the proper dose, and are you supposed to take it with anything else? Are there any zinc/copper combos that ensure both? Thanks
