I think there was a guy here, maybe pax faded Cap tdb etc., that had a long experience (25? 35 years?) with working out, and said that he only worked out 1 per week. Who was this guy, where is this post? Do you guys remember?
Basically, I want to start working out and I’m looking into supplements and regiments that work esp for PFS people but that one seemed like a good minimal regiment.
