My family is cooking shrimp and the vapour is all around the house, is there any chance that I could absorb some? Or am I just being a hypochondriac?
Astaxanthin is fat soluble instead of water soluble. Therefore, it should remain in the oil instead of the steam. Then again, people allergic to the proteins in peanuts can still react by being in the same room even though the proteins do not evaporate.
Do they have a grill? Do landlord, HOA, municipal, or other restrictions prevent them from cooking outside? If the yard is too small or you live in an apartment/condo, why don’t they cook the shrimp at a public park? Any weather impediments such as a drought or rain?
