quercetin and ghb

yesterday night I started GHB routine…I don’t know what to do and I would like some help about to take some others supplements.

do u think I should take ghb and nothing more or,could have supplements during the day ?.. I would like to start quercetin and 5-htp in the morning…do u think could help or would just use ghb?

Why not just stick with GHB and see what effects it has?

There is no rush and if you add other supplements into the mix you won’t know what’s doing what… not to mention any unforseen consequences of potential bad “reactions” between them all.

I’m pretty sure GHB has a seretonergic effect to begin with, so adding 5-HTP may be overkill. Plus 5-HTP has the same effect that anti-depressants do, and that doesn’t help us.

I’d stick on the GHB.
