I get the same thing. However, I’ve pinpointed specific foods that trigger it. For example, if I eat a bagel with butter, that will trigger massive panic attack and anxiety. Hard boiled eggs do the same. I found brown rice cakes today that do this as well. Others are apples and oranges both trigger it. It’s pretty much everything I’ve found besides vegetables and meat.

I used to have this valet job and I remember last week I had a bagel before I went to work and I couldn’t even barely look at anyone in the eyes. I even almost scratched a car because I was freaking out so much.

Try eating only veggies and fish for 2 days and see how your anxiety is. It is is pretty obvious to me that it is related to the foods I am eating. I don’t know why though…

If you think a bagel and some butter is causing you to experience such symptoms (which seems odd), avoid them. Then again, could be completely unrelated and have nothing to do with Fin.

Yep, I was in the same boat in the past. Anything that increases sugar used to make me feel like crap. I’m pretty sure that it’s insulin related because treating cortisol levels fixed* this problem instantaneously.

*I have to keep treating cortisol to feel good in this area. So, technically I haven’t fixed the problem, but I’m successfully treating it.

Hang in there. You took the poison for a long period of time like me. The anxiety and brain fog were two of the only sides that went away for me. I noticed a change some time after 1 year off of the drug.

My anxiety was horrible when having conversations with people. I had a really difficult time looking people in the eyes and talking to them, especially strangers. I used to dread having to interact with people in public like cashiers or clerks. My eye sight was blurry and they would water. It was dreadful. If you have any of those symptoms, that does get better with time unlike the other sides.

All of these are symptoms of low cortisol.

you got that right. Sugars, grains, high GI carbs all cause an insulin rush. insulin is hard on the adrenals causing a low cortisol state…especially in PFS guys who seem to have poor adrenals

Considering that many people have mental side effects and many have panic/social issues as well, I’m pretty certain it has a lot to do with Fin.
