the first course of citalopram intake goes back almost two and a half years with a maximum dosage of 13 drops (the increase in dosage was always very gradual) only initial side effects were an increase in appetite and shocks during pre-sleep effects lasted even two months, after which no problems whatsoever, the benefits sleep well felt, the only problem is that if I jumped for more than three or four days, the assumption occurred to me of the slight vertigo that came back immediately after the resumption of drug.After about 8 months of taking it, talking to my psychiatrist, I decided to stop it by gradually climbing the citalopram here and I had no problem. In the second intake cycle (which lasted 12 months) the initial procedure went smoothly and decided to remove it again in the last 2 months or so, I had standardized on a dose of 6 drops a day, until I reached the end of October where a morning I woke up with a strong anxiety and nausea, accompanied by an annoying mental confusion that made me isolate with the outside world.The thing there for them did not cause me concern because these symptoms I attributed to the under dosage that for some months I took, in fact increasing the dose of 4 drops nausea and mental confusion were gone. Almost in conjunction with these events I had noticed that my orgasms they had changed, feeling a lesser tone of pleasure, the morning erections had disappeared, very little excitement and libido, all followed by a reduced genital sensitivity and dryness of the glans that caused me to make subtle grooming. Concerned I warned my psychiatrist updating him about what had happened in the last 2 weeks and we decided to stop the drug and started scaling. Within 2 weeks I got to 0 drops, the only side effect was the vertigo stronger than normal, about a month later I did not notice any improvement in the sexual sphere and decided to go to the andrologist who prescribed me hormonal tests (testosterone and prolactin thyroid) all in the norm
