Most guys in our group recover in 4-5 years, the ones who do not are a minority, I called Avodart after I got PFS and spoke to a pharmacist there. She was very concerned about my symptoms, she seemed unfamiliar with some of the PFS symptoms I described, but I was on testosterone and these symptoms would not occur if endogenous test was suppressed due to PFS. She told me most guys recovered in their studies from persistent symptoms at 4 years, I believe she said something like a certain percentage recovered in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, and then most in 4 years. If you look at the recovery stories, they are all 4-5 years or less (with exceptions), people often try to attribute it to something they have done. It is possible that it is just the timeline of the system recovering, I had to respond to this while I was here. I miss you guys, come visit us at SOLVEPFS.com, while we wait for the studies to complete, while we donate money, we also work on finding ways to manage PFS.
Thanks man. Eat as health as your life allows you 2 and exercise as much as you can. Even if it does feel like it’s helping you with this syndrome it still prob Is and it’s still good for us regardless.
Truth is right now I’m dealing with a bulged disk in my back. Completly unreleated to PFS .
I’m 4 months in dealing with all kinds of issues this disk injury is causing me. Because of the disk issue im actually very limited to what I can do in the gym. Because of this iv lost my lean muscel and cant really hit the weight. But I stil do cardio 5 days a week and lift really light .
So actually I’m in the worst shape that iv been in sense my early twenties.
But I’m still improving from these PFS symptoms during all of this which is cool
Good to hear from Ya bro. Agee with everything u said
These recoveries could really be from simply waiting this out
