Prostate Issues?

Hey everyone,

I have made several posts on here over the past few years. Overall I am doing much better than I was in January 2014 (I believe it was 2014 but I have started to lose track of time) when I first came off finasteride.

I do have a few issues which have either stayed the same or only improved a very small amount, and I wanted to know if anyone else feels that these may be tied to prostate issues, and if so if they have any advice for me.

My primary problems that remain are thin/narrow bowel movements and frequent constipation or feeling of not really emptying bowels when I go to the bathroom, low semen volume and pressure and weaker erections (although I can get erections when needed they are probably 70% of what they used to be on average).

The bowel issues are the most troubling right now. They seem to get a bit better when I take DIM, however this seems to make my semen volume decrease even more so I try to avoid it. I had previously tested for low free testosterone several times and low/normal total testosterone, but the total testosterone was starting to improve when I last checked (free testosterone has not been checked in almost 2 years). I had thought the bowel issues may have been thyroid related, but I have had several tests and my TSH came back normal, and I had another recent blood test and my TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 came back normal as well.

Any thoughts on what may be causing my issues would be appreciated, and any tips on how to address this would also be welcome!

Thank you all,

brad

papaya can help a lot with bowel movement.

it has helped me too.

Along with that ,exercises and lots of water .

I had tried few yoga poses too ,whatever i found through google. for eg shoulder pose , plow pose etc.

Hope this would help.
Good luck
