PROPECIA user under treatment or quited : influence baby girl/boy

I have a question with the risk of beeing stupid. I am 27 years old and I am taking a PROPECIA treatment against my hairloss. I would like to know something beside all the wrong infos that I am reading everyday on internet. Does this treatment have any influences on the gender on the baby I am planning to have ? I noticed that the volume of my sperm is very low, does this could affect the sex of a foetus, I mean do I have more chance getting boy/girl by taking PROPECIA treatment ? I know that the sex is determined genetically and testosterone have nothing to do with this but… Thanks for taking a look to this…

The only way it could “influence” the sex of the fetus is during development – ie, if your wife comes into contact with crushed Finasteride pills or (probably unlikely) the amount of Finasteride in your semen (while she is pregnant) is enough to cause male sex organ deformations.
