lol no i don’t think most people even have a pre-Fin IQ test to go by… but on a serious note, I understand what you are getting at – lots of people report feeling mentally “slow” while on the drug, and have memory recall issues.

Whether called mentally slow or IQ decrease, cognition and mental impairments are observed in finasteride usage, hence the “Mental Side Effects” section here.
