Prevent a Crash?

I’m not sure whats going on with my body right now (pain in testicles, testicles shrinking and contracting very quickly, testicles hot and hanging extremely low), but i believe these symptoms are of an impending crash.

Does anyone know anything about any ways to prevent a crash, if one knows it would be approaching?

Those are definite signs of a crush!

I wish I threw away to stop it

You might want to get some testosterone boosting cream to help you out

iodine… lots of iodine. get iosol and lugols. and take both. and get co factors -> zinc, copper, magnesium, vit C, SELENIUM

Xanax

dont take this… follow my advice. the last thing you want is another prescription in your body.

I took it, and it was a very good help. As long as you take a low dose and for a short period, i dont see a problem. It solved my insomnia and the anxiety issues. I believe it can very effectvely prevent a crash. But i understand some being cautious about taking another prescription drug. I don t regret taking it though, i think i am in a much better place than if i had not taken Xanax.

I’m about to stop taking finasteride and wanted to know whether these things worked for others:

I’m unfamiliar with lugols iodine and iosol. Are these supplements you’d take to try to minimize or avoid the possibility of crashing?

Also: It’s difficult to get a fix on the percentage of propecia users who crash. I’ve looked over the whole site and have read various things. Earlier threads (2007-8) usually contained a post or two that said, "relax – those who crash are in the minority (2%). Later threads seemed not to.

Also: In a thread about crashing, someone said that one of the symptoms was “EXTREME insomnia” and “Suicide [by which I assume they meant suicidal thoughts].” Since we’re not seeing honest reporting on these issues and percentages outside of forums, I’m concerned about whether these things are true for everyone. I’d experienced some symptoms on the drug but which I’d assumed were a sign of aging, but I haven’t been through the sort of hell that many have described on these forums. How inevitable is that possibility given my experience of certain symptoms (partial sex drive loss, frequency of urination)?

Any news here?
