Pregabalin for sleep and anxiety

I’ve been prescribed this today for PFS anyone tried it! I’m worried it might exasperate symptoms like most of the stimuff I’ve previously tried

I take it. I have severe PSSD and it really helps my insomnia. I take it with Halcion. It improves deep sleep. I take a high dose and it doesn’t seem to worsen anything but honestly I’m so bad off I can’t even tell. I also took it before PSSD for anxiety and it helped a lot but it made me gain weight. For some reason it doesn’t make me gain weight now. I don’t have anxiety since PSSD cause that went away along with the rest of my emotions.

What kind of doctor prescribed this? Also they prescribed it specifically for pfs?

Tried it too - nothing special

Because of the mental sides resulting from PFS I was referred to community health. Prescribed today by a physciatrist along with cognitive therapy.
