Hi guys i quit the finastride 4 month ago believe me guy had i known that before i used finastride i wouldn’t have take it and if i know about the consequences of stopping finastride i wouldn’t have stopped it’s real hell especially first couple months i can’t discribe what I have been through i lost my job destroy my career having bone crushing anxiety and insomnia from it now anxiety have improved significantly insomnia is also improoving but i dream too much and now i decided to take pregabalin for deep sleep i want to know the exact dose for deep sleep
You won’t get an answer. Nobody will be able to tell you what the exact dose is because they will react differently to it than you do. Have you got this from your doctor or bought it yourself? It might be for the best to ask the doctor what he / she recommends rather than an internet forum.
I recomend you Gabapentine 200-300 before sleep. Its better for libido than Pregabalin.
I take 600 mg plus other shit but my sleep is ridiculous

100mg is a good add-on to my other sleep meds. Definitely improves my sleep. Maybe you will need a bit more if you’re not taking anything else though
