Can fellow PFS sufferers please tell me,
Would you consider yourself “healthy” before taking finasteride in the first place?
I believe this is important to my overall theory of PFS being autoimmune.
“Your” theory has been discussed many times. Not to sound dismissive, but try the search function.
Start by filling out the survey. Its the least one can do.

The question about pre-finasteride health is a valid one.
If people were sick before finasteride, then finasteride –– being immunosuppressive ––would allow a pathogenic accumulation.
If people are healthy when beginning, then perhaps the autoimmune theory is incorrect.
