Post your current regimen (in signature)

I’ve read alot of posts from the members here. Over time, I’ve noticed many treatments were tried but it’s unclear whether a member is still taking those treatments/drugs/supplements. I wanted to suggest that members post their current treatment regimen in their signature.

Signatures are easily edited here.

Just a thought…

yeah thats a great idea. i know over at the real thyroid help forum they have something simliar to this…

im not on anything yet though

I’m on Vit D3, Zinc, 5mg HC. Will be adding Vit C, Vit E, Iron & Selenium over the next 2 weeks, adding T3 the following week. I have been eating Spinach almost every day for about a year. I had known it was high in Vit B and something we need.

Boston, you must have been prophetic on the spinach.

Thanks for posting your regimen. If you paste it into your signature, it’ll be with all your posts. I find it useful to see what everyone’s doing.

That’s very interesting! Have you been eating raw spinach or cooked spinach? And how much per day?

At the moment I am on two pumps of life flo pregnenolone, vitamin e, and 10,000 iu vitamin d

On and off on other things such as milk thistle, coconut oil, garlic and ginger, and 100mg zinc too

how r u feeling ?

SP, can I ask why you feel the need to hijack threads from their intended purposes with questions such as “how are you feeling” over and over? I’ve noticed this across numerous threads on this forum.

If the user has a Member Story it would make more sense to request an update there, so as to keep the user’s history and responses in one spot rather than spread out across the forum (to make things easier to follow), and keeping other non-related threads like this one on track.

Sorry to be picky on this but it seems many threads go off the rails by doing this, and lose their intended purpose. This is a general reminder to all users in that regard.

i take vid d3 and zinc for 4 days then l arginine and ginkgo biloba 4 days
strattera and b12 every day

Some doctors (including some of the PFS docs) do not look favorably on patients posting their regimens online.

Given PFS’ moderate degree of variability, there will not be a one sized fits all approach to reducing symptoms.

My $0.02 (had brief luck with clomiphene, see “My temporary recovery via clomid” thread.

Are you saying that there are doctors that get bitter over some of us posting the natural supplements we take? or just the medicines?

Fuck them. I know that it is our priority to give off a good impression to any doctors that may be viewing this site, but being able to see what other people are doing that are in exactly the same situation is very useful.

How are you feeling?

lol. Really, i do think its useful to share as much information as possible, too.

There are a very limited number of doctors trying to help us. They need to maintain medical malpractice insurance. I think detailed prescription info is unwise, from both the doctor’s perspective, and from the standpoint of protecting Mew from liability as well. Some doctors are trying things that push the envelope, so to speak, in order to try to help us - we should not ever let it come back on them.

I understand how you feel though. But mixing some of these therapies (for example, those that stimulate certain pituitary secretions, with those that suppress those same pituitary secretions) could be risky.

Don’t think there would be any problem with any of us posting what supplements we’ve tried, especially if we’ve come up with them on our own, and not at the direction of physician that is then named.

You have to sign a waiver saying that you will not sue as far as the pfs doctors go. So they are not in any way responsible for treatments prescribed. So I don’t think there is any harm in divulging information from the doctor’s perspective. A regular doctor is practicing under the rules of possible malpractice etc. Thats why they won’t deal with us! If you were an M.D. would you risk your profession by prescribing some crazy drugs in an ‘off label’ senario to a young man who appears to be healthy via blood testing that has been around forever in the medical profession?

Share as much information about treatments as you can in my opinion.
