POSSIBLE DRY SKIN TREATMENT?

Hey Guys,
Ok so after I got on Avodart I started getting really dry skin on my forehead. It was really bad and it became way worse and intolerable even after I had gotten off of the Avodart. Like my skin just burned and was flaking constantly.

My mother (a physician) told me to apply some vitamin E on it and follow it up with Nivea cream. Ha like that b.s. would work I thought, but she was being annoying about it so I tried. Well what do you know, damn she was right. I only did that one time and it provided me with an 80-90% improvement that so far has lasted a week. Not certain how it did it but apparently vitamin E has something to do with skin moisture or elasticity or collagen I guess.

Anyway, this is what I did: pierced (via a safety/dress-pin) a vitamin E 200 IU softgel capsule and squeezed the contents out onto my finger and rubbed it on my forehead. It’s super greasy and sticky btw. On top of that immediately afterwards I applied Nivea cream. The stickiness was a bit annoying but holy crap it worked. I wish I could do this to my scalp, but I have all this damn diffuse thinning and the hairs get in the way.

I hope this works for you guys too!!!

I’ve suggested this here before. I also use it on the penis.

Hey Martin,
How is it effecting your penis? I feel like my skin down there is dry a lot of times and gets these red patches.

It moistens it like you would expect vitamin E to do. Makes it a lot more comfortable and does increase sensation for me. I use it daily.

OK, I’m going to try topical vitamin E. I have dead skin forming on my nose all the way up to my eyes and the skin bellow my eyes burns all the time and looks like parchment. Never had this problem while on fin and it keeps getting worse and worse. Will try it also on the dead red skin that’s forming on my inner thighs. Is it also good if you take it orally? And what about biotin? Does it make a difference?
