Hi guys I feel this thread will uplift alot of us.

Please post anything you’ve done wether it be exercise, diet, supplements, medications, meditation, time, fasting, particular protocol, prohormones or a combination of these or anything I may have forgot to mention.

This video has personally gave me alot of hope in life despite PFS. For me personally finding a girl with Vulvodynia is my new goal in life. A girl that can’t have sex is a dream girl to me since sex is out of the equation. When I do find her it will be the best day of my life! I go out to bars with friends have fun and mess with people think casually ask if they know of a girl with Vulvodynia if they say no I casually change the subject and proceed enjoying the night.

I personally am very disciplined with alot of will power so when I accomplish this it is gonna be freakin awesome… I’ll keep this forum posted. Gonna began going out 3 nights a week may up it later got a lot of doors to knock on… also she has to be at least cute… feel bad but I’m keepin it real here… this video could be applied to your life to obviously whatever your motives are. Stay strong guys. No surrender.

Because of my severe depression I’m doing what ever I can to be happy again. I just got done with practicing sitting still and focusing on my breath for 60 min. I’m probably gonna do this the rest of my life. Anyhow I felt like a natural high after the 60 min.

I’ve been researching meditation and I believe the more you do it the happier you become. This video really hit home for me to seriously began doing it. I’m gonna do it when ever I’m bored because this depression is horribly painful. Im aiming to do it 60 min apon wake up and 60 min. After work. Doing what ever it takes to be happy again. Really happy I discovered this practice.

Severe depression was subsiding when i was 10/11 months off. I think it takes time but meditation can be a great relief. Zhan zhuang can help:

I still have periods when i don’t feel good or down but that’s always after too much sex, exercise (especially anaerobic exercise), stress from work or bad food/alcohol.

This is my experience

  1. Intermittent Fasting
  2. T-Boosters (forget which one)
  3. Meditation 2hours per day
  4. Marijuana

I have a feeling carb backloading will do this as well because its just like intermittent fasting. I feel if I do these consistently over time the first 3 I could heal slowly or fast along with healthy diet gluten free and exercise. Also since meditating the one I’ve been doing consistently as I’ve experienced a pre-Fin orgasm once… was amazing. … also I had temporary more feeling in my semi numb penis for a few days. After you masterbate you will feel sperm still in your penis and you usually will rub the rest out onto toilet paper or something… well I dont have that feeling anymore but I temporarily had that back for a few days which makes me believe its just hormonal not nerve damage.

If you do research as I have regarding testosterone not eating carbs as paleo advises is bad for testosterone. Not eating rice potatoes or beans don’t make logical sence regarding raising T naturally acording to studies. Depending on how you eat the carbs is what matters. But if you eat carbs after your workout the go straight to muscle instead of fat. Hence Testosterone increase… TRT may not work cuz I think it only helps one hormone. … T… it doesn’t help lower cortisol and estrogen I don’t think… only T
