I’m not 100% certain but I believe I got sick more often pre-PFS and would have gotten sick more often over the last years had I been “healthy” since I would have socialized more and stayed home less.

If you don’t get sick it probably means your PFS is largely auto-immune, so get sick with the flu and you may experience a temporary recover with some pfs symptoms not coming back or being reduced.
