OK…Luckfax…let’s see what the folks have to say…

I would absolutely let him on if he would like to come on, the caveat being that if a regimen took 5 years to get better chances are time was the biggest factor. I also am slowly improving, others also; so that side of this syndrome might be helpful to hear. If he comes on we can also differentiate his symptomology, I believe he had no physical problems from fin but I could be wrong

Yes please, I think it would be a great idea. It is tremendously hard living with this condition and would be great to hear someone who has made progress.

This is exactly who we need on the Podcast, he has given me hope, through his own struggle with PFS.

Please ask him to get blood tests, we want to see his progress in black and white. Without blood work any one can claim anything.

Why would anyone want to claim they have recovered if they havent?

ok if you have read older posts here you will discover many have claimed to have recovered but indeed they never. Also if you find his older posts he once claimed (among other success stories) to get improvement from ball zingers and he advocated them a lot. This is ridiculous.Come on people. By using metal pieces you can not change your enzymes and hormones. if you believe this BS then believe whatever you read. Why do people do this? Go and ask them. Remember despite my many challenges he never got a single blood work done.I challenge again he will never. Even if he does you have no evidence what he had in the past.

Sp- others have shown improvement in blood work as time went on, so I’m not sure how useful it will be.

After reading his posts it seems he used a range of different things to recover. I tried the ball zinger and didn’t get any miracles however it didn’t do any harm. Personally I don’t believe our hormones are out of range anyway, if they were may be doctors would believe us? more likely brain damage/neurons. I think you should trust him, a lot of what he said has helped many guys including me.

Heavy lifting, test boosters and diet seem a sensible way to improve our situation.

Looks like the public has spoken anyway

Tell CD Nuts to PM me and we can talk about get it done.

how would his blood tests prove hes recovered??? i have had several lots of bloodwork done and everything comes back normal and within range each time, even though ive had pfs for over 6 years…

Even ‘Free Testosterone’? Thats the one that matters, and for the vast majority they are well below normal range despite healthy total testosterone.

As for cdnuts, I don’t doubt he’s feeling better but after 5 years I think most people will be regardless of what they do.

There’s a difference between ‘feeling better’ and fully recovered. I’m feeling better after five years but nowhere near recovered.

I’d definitely like to hear Cdnuts speak on the podcast.

Adam, did you ever get in touch with cdnuts regarding this?

I’ve reached out to him, but he declined to respond.

There are misconceptions and that’s why the blood tests are needed but its especially difficult because we don’t have pre-propecia tests to determine what peoples results were before. I don’t think people with real full blown PFS do naturally recover. I believe in science and nueroplasticity… I believe that the body and the nervous system adapt to PFS to some extent in order to bring the body back to some functionality. My testosterone, 3 adiol g, cortisol, reverse T3, and vitamin d are all still messed up just like they were three years ago. But somehow I am not as bad as I was three years ago. I am not cured or recovered, but instead of having anxiety attacks every hour I have them every week or so and their intensity has diminished. My insomnia where I was only sleeping 2 or 3 hours a night the first 10 months off has improved substantially. My depression is now not as “life threatening” (to myself) as it was the first year and half. My sexual sides however have seen relatively limited improvement. The other sides like having an enlarged spleen (15 cm) have also not improved. Yet for the most part people see nothing wrong with me and I feel on the whole noticeably better most of the time. Some days can be much harder than others though and I am certain long term health damage will continue because I seem to have hit a plateau. Also the damage has been done by this drug in the past that will effect me the rest of my life regardless if I recover or not. My career has been destroyed, I’ve lost multiple relationships with women, but also friends. I’ve lost years of my life that could have and should have been spent in good health and enjoying my life but were instead spent suffering horribly. And those things can never be paid back and Merck needs to provide compensation for that and to all who have suffered the same. Even if, one day we all do recover our lives have been irreparably damaged by their drug.
