Your results arent all normal (also you missed off dheas). High prolacatin/oestradiol could cause your symptoms.
My Vit D was also low at a similar level, I managed to increase it just by supplementing with the stuff they sell in Holland & Barratt - 10,000 IU every day for about 6 weeks then tapering down to 4,000 IU every day. I went from 24 to 170 in 4 months. If Prof Bouloux says you need injections ask him to give you a DEXA scan, this will test your bone mineral density (to see if you have osteopenia/osteoperosis). That is very important.
Can I ask why Prof Bouloux (if it was him) gave you a 24-hour Cortisol Urinary analysis, and not just a blood test? (he hasnt done this before)
I know he spoke to a member of this site on the phone recently who gave him a theory that all our issues where due to a cortisol problem. If he is so easily led ask him to test you for a 5alpa Reducase deficiency, for example get 5alpha and 5beta reductase reduced metabolites or 3alpha androstanediol glucurinide tested (he CAN test for this at the same lab you got the rest tested at - and if he wont test for this why not?) or get a test for one of the other more brilliant theories viewtopic.php?f=27&p=35937#p35937
Good Luck!
