First time posting mainly since I couldn’t find anything on here to help with a big concern of mine. My fucking beard. It’s thinned out considerably and is pretty patchy now. anyone have any tips on getting it back? anyone see a beard recovery? I’m really worried
Do you only have beard thinning or other sides? If that’s the case then consider yourself lucky, my facial hair thinned a lot as well but it hasn’t gotten thicker over time.
I have a lot of other sides, this is just one that i can’t find any info on in the forum. I just want to know if anyone managed to regrow their beard and if so, how?
Beard wasting is a sign of androgen deficiency. Do a hormone panel bloodwork.
