Please help me with fasting protocol.

Blood Tests:
S. Testosterone: 880.68 (300-1080 ng/DL)
S. Estradiol: 43 (10-50 pg/ml)
S. TSH: 1.7 (0.5-5 uIU/ml)
S. Prolactin: 12.19 (5-25 ng/ml)

Semen Analysis:
Sperm count: 16 (20 - 120 million/ml)
Motality:
Total motile: 30%
Sluglishly motile: 10%

Took finasteride for 1 month(observed sides while on fin). Had a crash after 10 months of discontinuation. Have all the sides of PFS even after 18month of discontinuation.

New to this forum. Heard about people improving while following fasting protocols. Can someone help me with a fasting protocol to follow.

I’m nowhere near an expert in fasting, but since there are no replies, I thought I might try an answer. I was just thinking about trying it out myself … I don’t want anything too extreme. I actually googled it and found a few interesting alternatives.

I will try the 24-Hour Fast (aka Eat-Stop-Eat), on a once-a-week basis. Seems like it’s not too hard … you basically skip breakfast and lunch. It’s definately worth trying.

Anyone with any other thoughts on what you have been trying in terms of fasting?

I decided to try something a little less intense. I will skip breakfast on week days and will only have a teaspoon of coco oil in the morning. So basically, I won’t be eating anything (aside from the coco oil and water) between 8:00 pm and noon the next day. This gives a total of approximately 16 hour fast, 5 times a week, which is acceptable. Much easier to incorporate in my schedule and habits.

I did a water fast for about 2 weeks. No eating. Only drinking water. At the end of the fast I felt something positive (bigger penis, deeper sleep, slightly better erections). However, I developed lots of gallstones due to the fast. So be careful.
