pin-sized blood-filled dots on skin because of finasteride?

About a year ago I experienced rapid development of so called cherry angioma, clusters of tiny blood vessels (capillaries) on the skin. They develop because of high estrogen levels and that made me question if finasteride had a part in it, DHT being an antagonist to estrogen.

They look like the smallest on this picture (not me)

Have any of you got these red dots, perhaps only a few, during treatment with finasteride?

I’ve had these red dots for years prior to Finasteride. Highly doubt it’s connected to the drug.

My estraidol is way out of range.

I got these a little bit on my final year on fin, along with other elevated estrogen signs like loss of calf hair, then after the crash they were all over my upper arms.
