Has anyone seen or heard of this endo hes based in London and specialises in androgens, neuro and sexual dysfunction.
I think you need to give him a visit and see how he reacts to your condition ( if he believes in pfs or not ) , ideally you’ll look to visit someone who has a history of treating pfs patients and recognize the condition
I wish people would finally understand that no doctor on this planet can help with this condition yet…I can understand the need for recognition but other than that, doctors are pretty useless with PFS.

On the contrary, I think people here don’t visit doctors enough to actually get properly tested for the whole thing. People here generally diagnose themselves with “PFS” and then just give up on reality, when there’s so many things they could get tested for. A doctor can work with your symptoms, he cannot work with some unknown self-diagnosis.
The NHS carried out standard bloods I’m hoping to be checked for more targeted stuff eg neurosteroids, pathogens. Pituitary. It’s £280 for a phone consultation so could be costly if he’s got no understanding. I’ve asked the question of his secretary.
Im not against visiting a doctor once to confirm nothing else is causing this complex and unrelated set of symptoms…But one visit is usually enough, and every visit after that is just a waste of time, money and energy, not to mention those of us who keep looking and searching for new doctors who claim that they „understand“ us, and can „somehow“ help, but ofcourse after you fill their pockets with the consultation fee…Sorry dude, but trust me, use the money as toilet paper, and you will get more benefit from it, than spending it on some arrogant creatures who tops will „RECOGNIZE“ your condition and go home to spend your money on a nice vacation with the wife. No thank you!

I see, I tend to forget that not everyone has the luxury of living in a country with a social healthcare system. What you’re saying is very understandable.
