Has anyone experimented with these?
Such as
Unfermented soy
Red clover
Alfalfa
Hopps
Pommegranate
Sun flower seeds
Anything very high in lycopene
Flax seed
I have done a fair amount of experimenting with these things and found they make my PFS much much worse. One important part of learning about PFS is finding out what factors make us consistently worse. If you have not tried these please do and report back.
