PFS recoveree: Did near-starvation in 2015 unintentionally cure my PFS?

Greetings from a lucky legit PFS recoveree!

I’m reluctant to discuss starvation because it absolutely is very dangerous and horrific. However I am a rare legitimate PFS recoveree and it is possible or probable near-starvation partially or entirely cured my worst-case scenario PFS 2015-17.

I feel obligated to address this “toxic” possible cure. However I am just passing along my case facts, have NOT extensively medically researched this topic (you should), and am NOT recommending it except perhaps as drastic last resort.

As I’ve reported previously:

  1. I’m a 52yo lawyer in Denver.
  2. I took FIN daily 1999-2014.
  3. It preserved my hair but it immediately caused moderate ED. I briefly quit FIN for six months in 2002, which did NOT trigger PFS.
  4. In 2014 I unfortunately fell into a FIN/PFS health hellhole. FIN - not PFS - triggered permanent profound/nightmarish sleep dysfunction in June. (See my prior posts, currently partially under control.)
  5. I permanently quit FIN in December 2014, which quickly triggered “demonically horrific” PFS - 100% loss of emotions & sexual functioning, body feminization, hallucinations, “raccoon eyes,” etc.
  6. To escape the hellhole I attempted suicide several times, including starvation Jan-May 2015.
  7. The starvation horrifically injured me - lost 80 pounds, permanent ataxia, severe double vision, etc. I was hospitalized for six weeks involuntarily and barely survived.
  8. However, unexpectedly & unintentionally all PFS maladies except sexual dysfunction resolved by May 2015.
  9. Sexual dysfunction likewise permanently resolved in 2017.
  10. I did not exercise at all during PFS or vary normal diet.
  11. I absolutely positively am 100% cured of PFS BUT FIN sleep dysfunction & ataxia persist.

So istarvation concurred chronologically with resolution of most PFS maladies in 2015. It preceded by 2 years resolution of ED in 2017. The critical Q is “did it CAUSE my PFS resolution?”

Starvation destroys the brain nightmarishly. The body literally consumes brain eventually. So I am NOT recommending you try starvation except perhaps as a last resort “toxic” possible cure. I may have just recovered naturally AND/OR starvation somehow mostly or entirely cured my PFS. It’s impossible to answer. YOU must research starvation extensively. :face_with_monocle:
