Hello brothers. Wanted to take your opinion on tgese two herbal extracts. They say they enhance sexual system. But some say it should not be used in pfs i dont know why. These herbal extracts do enhance sexual system in normal individuals. What do you guyz say ?
Fenugreek is a mild 5ari, ashwagandha made my emotions numb / mild pssd after continuous use for a month.

What are you talking about man. How can ashwaganda cause pssd ? These herbal extracts didnt cause pfs or pssd in normal healthy males.

stay away from Fenugreek.
I don’t know why you need to ask people. You search different forums on google and you will find fenugreek seeds are very bad no matter you have pfs or not.
