Personally I addition to all the side effects, I have persistent testicular severe pain. I’m 24 not work or do anything, I have all the side effects of the syndrome, and I feel a lot of pain in the balls and muscles all day. This has been unbearable, I am literally retired, 'cause I can do absolutely anything in life, live like a invalid. I tried Clomid + tamox and dont work testicles hurt more. Someone managed to solve the pain in the testicles at least? I am suffering a lot from these pains.
I’m terrible sorry your suffering like this brother. I have the same problem. I have done two things that have helped with it.
- I noticed the pain was greater after masturbation. I stopped ejaculating, this is very important, give it a try. With your reduced libido it should be easy.
- I don’t know what medications your on and I’m not going to tell you to get off anything but I noticed my pain was amplified by medications.
I’ve greatly reduced my testicular pain by doing those two things. Good luck

I agree with westside that reducing sexual activity would probably help. Don’t exert yourself in that way because you will irritate it.
Try taking Wellman Prostace Vitamins twice a day they have significantly reduced the testicular pain for me almost non existent
@danny_francis Are you still taking those vitamins? How is your current state?
I ask because what you are actually taking is arguably more potent than Finasteride 🤦… Two tablets include saw palmetto botanical extract equivalent to 160 mg.
I actually would expect a sufferer to feel better on it, but with the very likely risk of crashing at some point. Hope you didn’t crash.
