Guys my sexual symptoms are getting worse. I can keep an erection surprisingly during sex but there is absolutely no pleasure during it and I have a tight feeling under my nuts in the perineal area. I feel sensitivity on my penis skin but it’s like there’s no feeling underneath in the muscle tissue. Also no feeling if I somehow orgasm. Do I need to get a scan down there or something?
