Has anyone tried pentoxifylline for any curvature or fibrosis which may impede arterial flow?
This drug is a PDE inhibitor and has had some success in peyronies.
It helps with arterial flow and has been use for vascular dementia as well.

I’ve also read about it on the peyronie’s forum, I’ll probably try it in a month or so. It’s relatively harmless. I would think it would work well in combination with viagra at night, but I need to research it in case it’s not safe to take them together.
I’m surprised it’s not talked about here more; the peyronies forum is a great resource though.
I was on Pentox for over 6months. Didn’t do anything for me.
