I know this is an last resort and irreversible, but if you have no other options it’s better than being suicidalabout your ED. You can get a hardon whenever you want and nobody will know.
I realise that ED is not the only part of PFS, but i think for a lot of us a big part or even the biggest problem.
Back in 2010 there was a guy who did it and he didn’t come back to the forum so probably he is going on with his life in contrast to me and others who visit this forum on a regular basis. But it suprises me ther’s just one case on this forum.
And like every post people will reply in a negative way and tell only the con’s, but i think if you are like me you can’t do nothing and see the years going by while being depressed.
