I recently found candesartan has a protective role on the corpus cavernosum tissue on hypertensive rats. Might be worth a shot in PFS. Might work best if fibrosis is just starting.
The corpus cavernosum has naturally too little 11Beta-HSD2 activity so if you block the little 11beta-HSD2 there is, or raise cortisol too much locally, you will likely induce corpus cavernosum damage through a mechanism of overactivation of MR. The 11 beta-HSD2 is a protective enzyme so the MR is not overactivated by cortisol (Cortisol has very high affinity for MR)
Might be worth a shot to try and Angiotensin II blocker like Candesartan, or some lotion that blocks directly NF Kappa B (i.e. some specific antioxidant, DMSO). A riskier technique would be to block directly MR
