Pelvic Floor Theory (my opinion)

Do you plan to stop it ?

Bro I hope. One day I hope stop. For my wife if I stay at 80%o 100%is similar. But for me no. I have a little sensibility but… If I can make a 100%without cialis is a good thing.

The Neurosteriod theory is also interesting. I read about a guy who cured his hard flaccid within a few days with low dose SSRI, which cannot possibly have anything to do with serotonin. In fact, studies have shown that SSRIs can increase neurosteroids initially, while they decrease over time.
This leads me to consider risking SSRI (Fluoxetine or Fluvoxamine) in low doses and for a few days.

That is a very bad idea

This would be my last option anyway before commiting suicide or accept it.

Pills not cure for pelvic muscles problems, training is.

If you ever really got to the brink, why not consider psilocybin or ketamine? I think those are better options and lower risk then SSRI, both in terms of preventing suicide (ketamine) and possibly kick-starting some neural processes (psilocybin). Ayahuasca has also had profound impacts on people but is risky stuff.

I tried Ayahusasca and it was like a sugar pill for me, only Psylocibin gave me an effect after first pill.

I know, but I do pelvic floor exercises since 2018 with only tempoary improvements and not explain all symptoms. So it must be a more complex thing with chemical/hormonal inbalance.

Normal pelvic exercises not enough you should look into DCT also the problem not only about pelvic muscles it’s also fascia and psoas muscle problem.

I think the problem is a pudendal nerve.

I have noted that if I relax my pelvic floor, I get a lot better erections. I am going to attend a pelvic floor therapist to improve the situation. It is not a cure but I think it can help. I think Accutane injured my pudendal nerve or caused nerve problems which did not go away.

I tried “kegels” years ago and noticed that it did not help. It is the opposite that helps me: relaxing the pelvic floor.

I don’t think it is pudendal nerve problem, if y’all check pelvic floor forums plenty of people’s symptoms same with us. Especially Hard Flaccid. It is about lower abs, psoas, pelvic and fascia tension. So clasic stretches doesen’t help at that point and its not short process. It takes 7-8 months to 1-1,5 year to remove tightness.

The nerval pudendal is a link to muscolar pelvic.

How does someone remove the tightness? I am interested in this and am exploring it. What do you mean by PSOAS and fascia tension? Am searching but which parts of the body are those?

I am not expecting a “cure” from this, but it is an interesting topic for anyone broadly interested in health.

DCT - Dynamic Contraction Technique is a great place to start - but there is more to this probably. Its going to take lowering inflammation and maybe certain supplements. But if you have a tight pelvic floor then DCT is a great tool.

looked into this hard flaccid theory myself a lot over the past months. There are a couple of physios in the UK who specialise in this. Certainly not the answer to PFS but may be something that appears alongside it through the sheer stress of it all. I can actually remember willing my erections to happen so much and pushing through the pelvic muscles to get it to happen, could this have caused an issue? maybe. personally a lot of the symptoms sound familiar, a pulsating/retracting feeling i get in my penis when sat in certain positions can be unbearable at times.

Already tried DCT, not a cure at all.

Nobody is claiming that it is.
